Town of Poughkeepsie
•DWAI-drugs:Lashif A. Woods, 30, of Glasco, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:05 a.m. Thursday, April 23, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on 241 North Road. He was issued an appearance ticket for Poughkeepsie Town Court.
Shawangunk
•DWI:Adam W. Clark, 38, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:20 a.m. Friday, April 24, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Lake Shore Road. He was issued appearance tickets for Shawangunk Town Court.
Windham
•DWI:Joseph W. Caracciolo, 33, of Windham, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:17 a.m. Friday, April 24, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 23. He was issued appearance tickets for Windham Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Drugs:Annastacia M. Heil, 25, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:48 a.m. Saturday, April 25, on Frank Sottile Boulevard and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was issued a court appearance ticket.
Village of Catskill
• Drugs:Brian Palmer, 26, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:57 a.m. Saturday, April 25, on Colewood Avenue in the village of Catskill and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging and scales) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors. Palmer was issued an appearance ticket for court.
Catskill
• Drugs: Brian Palmer, 26, of Catskill was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:01 a.m. Sunday, April 26, on West Bridge Street and was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia, and one count of aggravated unlicensed driving, all misdemeanors. Also arrested was Kaitlin E. Barnhart, 26, of Saugerties, on two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Palmer and Barnhart were released with tickets to appear in Catskill Village Court.
Esopus
• Drugs: Malik A. Worrell, 19, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:08 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie following an investigation in the town of Esopus. Worrell was charged with possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving, both felonies, and with driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. He was held pending arraignment.
Lloyd
• DWAI: Melinda J. Roberts, 37, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:03 a.m. Sunday, April 26, on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 on charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies. She was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Further information was unavailable.
Town of Rochester
• Endangering: Roger G. Brown, 57, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 25, on misdemeanor charges of menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a weapon. Further information was unavailable.
