Kingston
•DWI, DWAI-drugs:Debra J. Fagerstrom, 66, of Cottekill, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Friday, April 17, and charged with drunken driving and driving while under the influence of drugs, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop at 396 Broadway by state police at Ulster. She was issued tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Athens
• Drugs:Andrew J. Smith, 26, of Ancramdale, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. Sunday, April 19, on Schoharie Turnpike and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance by state police at Coxsackie. He was issued an appearance ticket for Athens Town Court.
Catskill
• DWI:Matthew D. Rinaldo, 25, of Freehold, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. Sunday, April 19, and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol limit over .08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Cauterskill Road by state police at Catskill. He was issued appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI:Saman M. Soltankhah, 34, of Kingston, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Sunday, April 19, and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving following a traffic stop on state Route 299 by state police at Lloyd. He was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
