·Gabriel Ruggles, 24, of Mechanicville NY, was arrested at 12:58pm April 9 and charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (Class A Misdemeanor) by Deputies Samantha Plass and David Stevens.Ruggles is accused of damaging property at a private residence in Kinderhook.He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Kinderhook Town Court on May 5.
·Dana Murphy, 37, Of Gloversville NY, was arrested at 2:56pm April 7 and charged with DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree (Both Class U Misdemeanors), and fail to keep right (Traffic Infraction) by Deputies Cindy Madison and Daniel Keyser.Murphy was operating a motor vehicle on Middle Road in the town of Austerlitz and ran off the roadway and down an embankment.She was administered a breathalyzer test, which yielded a .13% BAC.She was issued tickets returnable to Austerlitz Town Court on May 27.
·Zachary Willis, 22, of Hillsdale NY, was arrested at 6:35pm April 12 and charged with Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree (Class A Misdemeanor), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree (Class U Misdemeanor), and Harassment in the Second Degree (Violation) by Deputies Daniel Keyser and Joshua Torchia.Willis is accused of driving his vehicle in the direction of a male victim walking on West End Road in the town of Hillsdale.Willis then exited his vehicle and punched the male victim in the face.Willis was issued appearance tickets returnable to Hillsdale Town Court on May 20.
