•Theft: Alice J. Picket, 39 of, 4 Irving Place, Troy, N.Y., was arrested Saturday, April 11 on state Route 32 near the Cedar Grove Firehouse and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said they pulled Picket over for a traffic stop and discovered she was driving a 2002 Honda Odyssey that had been reported stolen in Hoboken, N.J., on Wednesday, April 8. Picket was released with an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
