·Gerald Dymond Jr., 51, of Claverack NY, was arrested at 6:30pm April 1 and charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree (Class B Misdemeanor) by Deputy David Stevens and K9 Deputy Jason Garvey. Dymond is accused of entering a barn in the town of Chatham without the owner’s permission.He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Chatham Town Court on May 6.
·Willie Simon, 32, of Hudson NY, was arrested at 9:20pm April 6 and charged with Assault in the Third Degree (Class A Misdemeanor) by Deputies Daniel Keyser and Andrew Horst.Deputies were detailed by Columbia County 911 for a domestic incident at a private residence on State Route 9G in the town of Greenport.Simon is accused of causing physical injury to a female at that location.He was arraigned by a Greenport Judge and was ROR with a return date of May 29.
·Shawn Szepessy, 35, of Stockport NY, was arrested on a warrant at 5:00pm April 7 and charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (Both Class A Misdemeanors) by Deputy Andrew Horst.Szepessy is accused of violating a Columbia County Family Court order of protection and causing damage to property at a residence in Stockport.He was arraigned by a Greenport Judge and will appear in Stockport Town Court on May 29.
