(Newburgh, NY) -- Doctors say a three-year-old shot in his house during a home invasion that killed his parents and a brother is still clinging to life today. He is at Westchester Medical Center, where doctors have been treating him since the Sunday morning shooting. The boy has already lost both his parents and his nine-year-old brother who were gunned down by a man known to the family. A third brother was not harmed. Police have arrested the alleged gunman, 30-year-old Kaliek Goode-Ford. They are unsure what beef he had with the family.

(Tarrytown, NY) -- State Senator David Carlucci wants to know why the electronic safety signs on the Mario Cuomo Bridge don't seem to work very well. Drivers say during two recent rain and snow events there were no warnings that the speed limit on the bridge had been lowered. The drivers say they heard about the warnings on the radio, but none of the electronic signs on the bridge were lit. Carlucci says a new bridge, with a nearly five-billion-dollar price tag, should have signs that work during the worst weather. He wants an investigation done to find out why they are not working right.

(Wallkill, NY) -- The Wallkill Police Department says they are aware of the dozens of dead crows that have been found around town over the last few days. Most of the birds were found near the Price Chopper shopping plaza. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has been told about the dead crows. They have sent some of the dead birds to a lab to figure out what may have killed them

>>Rock Slide Slows Down Commute On Saw Mill Parkway In Westchester

(Mount Kisco, NY) -- A rock slide on the Saw Mill Parkway in Mount Kisco slowed the commute this morning. Drivers saw the rocks tumble onto the roadway just before 6:00 a.m. No cars were hit by the stones, but some drivers who rolled over the rocks say their vehicles suffered minor damage. DOT crews came in and cleared the area.

(Goshen, NY) -- The people behind the new Legoland theme park in Goshen say they have not given up on their bid to rename a portion of Harriman Drive that leads into to the park Legoland Boulevard. Harriman Drive is a state road, so state lawmakers would have to sign off on a name change. Goshen town lawmakers were set to hold a symbolic vote in favor of the name change, but changed their minds when fans of the Harriman family said they were against the proposal. It's not clear if state lawmakers will push for the name change, given they would likely get the same blowback from fans of the famed New York family.

>>Thornwood Man Sentenced In Rental Scam

(Thornwood, NY) -- A Thornwood man, who was found guilty of scamming immigrants out of thousands of dollars in a fake rental scheme has been sentenced to time served. Prosecutors say 44-year-old Jeffrey Pena targeted recent immigrants in his plot, where renters would put down a deposit, but then were told on move-in day that their apartments were no longer available. They say he offered one apartment to more than 20 people.
