D.A. CZAJKA ANNOUNCES INDICTMENTS
On June 6, 2019, the Columbia County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Jeffrey Yeh, age 51, of Stockport, with one count of Forgery in the Second Degree, one count of Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person in the First Degree, two counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, eight counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, one count of Computer Trespass, and one count of Computer Tampering in the Third Degree.
The New York State Police (Inv. James Sokolowski) investigated this matter and arrested Jeffrey Yeh. Trey Smith, Esq. represents Jeffrey Yeh.
On June 6, 2019, the Columbia County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Annette Loos, age 75, of Stockport, with one count of Forgery in the Second Degree, one count of Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person in the First Degree, two counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, and one count of Computer Tampering in the Third Degree.

All criminal defendants are presumed to be innocent. That presumption remains throughout every prosecution unless and until The People of the State of New York, in the person of the District Attorney or his duly appointed Assistant DA, prove defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable to all twelve of twelve jurors or defendant is convicted by guilty plea. Defendants are not required to prove their innocence.
