4 fire companies were called to Love's truck stop in Canaan early this morning for a reported structure fire.
The call came in around 5:40 reporting a fire on the roof.
The good news is, it turned out to be a burning light strip in the area of the Dunkin' Donuts that was put out quickly, with no damage to the structure.
Companies assisting Canaan were: Red Rock, East Chatham, and New Lebanon.
