Family Dollar announced today, that it will be closing 390 of it's stores this year. Most of the remaining stores will either be renamed Dollar Tree, or at least carry Dollar Tree merchandise.
Dollar Tree bought Family Dollar in 2015, and has been merging the two since.
There are currently 9 Family Dollar stores in the area, and three Dollar Tree stores.
The chain has not announced which stores they plan to close.
The Hudson Family Dollar closed in January.
