Following an investigation into child pornography, that began October 24th, a Philmont man was arrested Tuesday on Felony charges.
37 year old Anthony Krein was charged by State Police with possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
Police report, he was arraigned in Philmont Village Court, and released without bail, pending a future court appearance.
