People v. Thomas Shuburte: Defendant was convicted of the Felony Burglary in the 3rd Degree for entering and unlawfully remaining in the Hunter Country Store, on Route 23A, in the Village of Hunter, on May 29, 2019. He will be sentenced at a later date.
Shuburte is 37 and from Elka Park.
