A Catskill man, who was arrested in a drug raid last fall by Village Police has been sentenced to prison.
32 year old Richard Vernal Junior was indicted by a grand jury, He plead guilty to the charges, and
was sentenced in Greene County Court to 4 years in prison, and two year post release supervision.
The original charges were Criminal possession of a narcotic drug, with intent to sell and Criminal sale of a narcotic drug,both felonies.He was found with 40 bags of heroin and a loaded handgun.
