Greene County serial burglar going to prison

People v. Todd Raffiani: Defendant was sentenced to a term of 15 years incarceration with the NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision plus 5 years post release supervision together with an Order that he pay $10,000 in restitution for burglaries that he was convicted of.

PRESS RELEASE

On September 20, 2018, The New York State Police at Catskill arrested Todd Raffiani, age 50 of Greenville, N.Y. for Burglary 2nd degree, a class C Felony. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted in conjunction with the Town of Saugerties Police Department, Cairo Police Department, Greene County District Attorney’s Office and The Greene County Sheriff’s Office. Raffiani has been implicated in numerous daytime residential burglaries in Greene and Ulster Counties and further charges are pending.

 He was arraigned before Town of Catskill Justice Wooten and remanded to the Greene County Jail without bail.
