A 30 year old man was taken to Albany Med Sunday afternoon, after a vehicle struck a business in Livingston.
The accident happened just after 3 at 145 County Route 10.
Livingston Fire and Northern Dutchess Paramedics responded to the scene, on the corner of Wire Road.
National Grid was also needed,
State Police charged Kevin Jornov of Niverville with DWI, Aggravated DWI, and vehicle and traffic charges. He was given appearance tickets for Livingston town court.
